Packaging for manufacturing, ecommerce, warehousing, retail, food, agriculture, chemical and construction businesses in Toronto, Mississauga and the wider GTA.
Packaging problems look different depending on the operation. A fulfilment centre loses money on oversized cartons and slow dispatch. A plant loses money when a pallet collapses or a bulk bag splits. A retail brand loses sales when a pack arrives scuffed. The products below are the ones we most often specify for each sector — and in most cases the right answer depends on the actual product weight, handling equipment and volume, which is what our team works through with you.
Production lines need packaging that arrives on schedule and performs the same way every run — heavier board for outbound components, industrial film for dense pallets, and bulk bags for in-process material.
Carton sizing drives your shipping bill. Right-sized RSC and die-cut boxes cut void fill and dimensional weight, and a matched tape-and-dispenser setup keeps dispatch moving during peak.
Loads have to survive handling and arrive sealed. Machine grade film for wrapping lines, colour film for load identification, and barrier seals for trailers and containers.
Packaging has two jobs in retail: protect in transit, sell on shelf. Printed die-cut structures and display packaging are specified against your artwork and retailer requirements.
Grain, feed, flour and sugar need the right balance of breathability and moisture barrier. Unlaminated woven bags breathe; laminated bags seal; FIBCs with liners handle bulk volumes.
Powders and granules bring moisture and static considerations. Laminated woven bags and anti-static (Type C/D) FIBC construction are specified around the material being handled.
Site handling is rough on packaging. Higher-GSM woven bags and heavier FIBC constructions carry dry mix, sand and aggregates without failing at the seams.
Bulk collection and transfer needs volume, not finesse: Gaylord boxes for loose material and large-format FIBCs for recovered product.
Sector guidance on this page reflects the product lines Pinnacle Packaging supplies and typical applications for those materials. We do not list client names or case studies here — those will be added once approved for publication.
